The Art of the Ribbon
An Artisan Italian Experience. Forget the crowded restaurants. I’m bringing 27 years of kitchen mastery directly to your table for a night of flour, fire, and flavor. I’m now booking my signature Pasta Workshop & Supper for March. The Evening Includes: The Welcome: Fresh crusty bread served with my signature house-made Orange-Infused EVOO (a client favorite!). The Workshop: A hands-on lesson in rolling and hand-cutting silken Tagliatelle ribbons.
The Antipasto: Caprese all'Arancia — Thick-cut heirloom tomatoes and creamy buffalo mozzarella, finished with torn basil and a generous drizzle of my signature Orange-Infused EVOO.
The Feast: A rustic meal featuring your hand-cut pasta tossed in a savory Zesty Sausage & Organic Charred Broccoli Ragù.
The Palate Reset: A bright Arugula & Shaved Fennel salad, dressed with lemon and more of that signature Orange EVOO to bridge the flavors.
La Firma: My signature Lemon Crème Brûlée. A silky, citrus-infused custard with a hand-torched sugar crust, served with vibrant macerated berries. This is the "signature" finish to your artisan journey.
